GEI seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineer / Project Manager to lead our Knoxville geotechnical team and support the South Region. The role emphasizes technical leadership, client relations, and project delivery across a range of geotechnical and construction oversight assignments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, a Tennessee P.E. license or eligibility, and a track record mentoring staff while expanding client networks and delivering innovative solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional licensure in Tennessee or nearby states preferred.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide technical leadership and project management for geotechnical projects.
• Mentor junior staff and support multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop proposals and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee field investigations, testing, and construction oversight.
