Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a Lead Geospatial Engineer to drive real-time geospatial database content for simulation and training. You will lead a team of developers, guide GIS, 3D modeling, and visualization efforts, and coordinate with customers to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven experience with ArcGIS, Photoshop, and 3D tools, in a fast-paced defense and training context.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in GIS, 3D modeling and visualization within simulation/training domains.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate tasks with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience across Windows and Linux development environments.

• Lead geospatial content development for real-time database projects in simulation and training.
