Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement is hiring a Brand Ambassador to engage shoppers at stores and events in Columbia, SC. You’ll start friendly conversations, capture leads, and promote brand awareness while representing the company professionally.

No hard selling—focus on conversation and creating opportunity. We offer hourly base with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, paid training, 8 holidays, and 401(k) growth opportunities; top performers can earn up to $60,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Must be positive, outgoing, and motivated with excellent communication.
• Team player with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
