Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement is seeking a Brand Ambassador to engage shoppers and event attendees at stores and events. This role offers an hourly base with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with potential earnings from $45,000 to $55,000 annually and up to $60,000 for top performers.

You will promote brand awareness, set appointments, and hand off leads to the sales team while representing the company professionally in fast-paced retail environments.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability during listed hours in busy retail/event environments.
