Job summary

Wrench Group is seeking a proactive Lead Generator to engage Home Depot customers and qualify HVAC needs. You will guide prospects from in-store conversations to scheduling sales appointments, supporting Comfort Wave programs and partnerships.

The role emphasizes strong communication, in-person engagement, and KPI-driven performance. Base pay starts at $17/hour with uncapped commission potential, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enjoy face-to-face interaction with an outgoing, energetic and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to manage emotions when faced with rejection.
• Present a positive and optimistic attitude.
• Self-starter with a results-driven disposition.
• Active listener able to ask open-ended questions to potential customers.

• Maintain the HVAC Kiosk/Display/End Cap to communicate HVAC benefits.
• Initiate contact with prospective customers during store visits.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify leads and schedule appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and management.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC program for customers and staff.
• Achieve program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.

About the Role

Comfort Wave partners with Home Depot to provide customers with Heating and Cooling solutions, including replacements, tune-ups, and maintenance. As a Lead Generator, you’ll engage with Home Depot customers through friendly, open conversations to identify potential needs and connect them with Comfort Wave’s services.

What Will I Do?

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s business image with Home Depot.
• Maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap within the Home Depot to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services from the Home Depot.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative / investigate conversation, qualify potential purchasers and schedule a sales appointment.
• Build and maintain relationships with HD store associates and key management personnel by interacting with them while working in the store.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
• Achieve to specified program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.
