Wrench Group is seeking a Lead Generator to join its Comfort Wave team in Oklahoma City on a part-time schedule. You’ll engage Home Depot customers, qualify leads, and set appointments while presenting HVAC solutions. The role requires 20–25 hours per week with weekend shifts and occasional travel in the OKC metro.

Base pay starts at $17/hour with uncapped commissions, plus benefits such as holidays, a 401(k) match, and training opportunities.

• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
• Achieve specified program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.

About the Role

Comfort Wave partners with Home Depot to provide customers with Heating and Cooling solutions, including replacements, tune-ups, and maintenance. As a Lead Generator, you’ll engage with Home Depot customers through friendly, open conversations to identify potential needs and connect them with Comfort Wave’s services.
