Wrench Group’s Comfort Wave program seeks a part-time Lead Generator to engage Home Depot customers about HVAC solutions. This role involves in-store conversations to identify needs and connect customers to our services.

About the Role Comfort Wave partners with Home Depot to provide customers with Heating and Cooling solutions, including replacements, tune-ups, and maintenance. As a Lead Generator, you’ll engage with Home Depot customers through friendly, open conversations to identify potential needs and connect them with Comfort Wave’s services.

What Will I Do?

• Achieve specified program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.

• Able to stand and/or walk for 4-8 hours at a time.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for apps, email, and text.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
