This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, scheduled for 40 hours per week. We value growth, this role offers bonus potential and room to grow within the organization.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Lead Generator at Wound Care Advantage (WCA) is responsible for generating and managing qualified business opportunities by identifying, sourcing, and engaging potential healthcare partners. This role plays a critical part in the early stages of the sales process by creating and nurturing leads that align with WCA’s wound care service model. The Lead Generator will manage new lead activities, including cold outreach and follow-up on inbound inquiries, and work collaboratively with the sales team to move prospects through the sales pipeline. Success in this role requires strong judgment, persistence, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to support overall business development goals.
