Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking to find the best Retail Sales/Appointment Setters in the area of Pleasanton, CA. We are currently in need of a full-time and/or part-time in‑store appointment setters who is able to work in one or multiple retail stores in the area (Home Depot).

What will you do?

• Convey products and services to consumers in person at our retail locations.
• Leverage marketing techniques and act as a brand ambassador.
• Understand clients' specific needs through consultation and provide the best solutions.
• Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction.

Physical Demands

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• May be required to drive to off‑site meetings.
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing.

Pay Transparency

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$35 per hour. Mix of hourly $20 hourly + commission on appointments that make a purchase (Anywhere from $25–$350 per appointment depending on the product). Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities, raises, and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
