Air Experts, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, is hiring In-Store Appointment Setters to work inside national home improvement stores in Edison, NJ. You will engage shoppers, explain HVAC services, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups.

Compensation starts at $20–$22 per hour with uncapped commission; weekly pay, paid training, and a clear career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities
