Window Nation in Fulton, MD is hiring a Lead Generation Representative to start on 8/31. The role offers $18.75 per hour with monthly bonus opportunities and pay growth after 12 months, plus paid training.

You will call potential customers, qualify leads, and set in-home appointments in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a customer-oriented role are required; training is provided.

We're urgently hiring in our Lead Generation / Call Center in Fulton, MD (Howard County) for April start dates. Candidates in the surrounding areas, including Columbia, Baltimore, Annapolis, Silver Spring, Laurel, Crofton/Odenton and College Park, are encouraged to apply.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc.

This role follows a set weekly schedule once the training period is complete. We're looking for candidates who can reliably work 4 weekday evening shifts + 1 weekend shift each week.

Current available schedules are:

• Shift 1: Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri (12:00 - 9:00 PM); Sun (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Days Off: Sat & Mon
• Shift 2: Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri (12:00 - 9:00 PM); Sun (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM). Days Off: Sat & Mon
• Shift 3: Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM); Sat (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM). Days Off: Sun & Thurs
• Shift 4: Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM); Sun (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM). Days Off: Sat & Tues

Schedule preference will be on a first-come, first-serve basis for this role.

To set you up for success, all new Lead Generation Representatives must attend and complete a mandatory two‑week PAID training program before starting their regular working schedule.

Training class hours are 8:00-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday* for the first 2 weeks

*These hours apply only during your first two weeks. After training is complete, you'll transition into your standard work schedule based on call center operating hours.
