Job summary

Statewide Window and Doors is seeking a Lead Generation Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. This role requires prior canvassing management experience and a strong ability to coach and motivate field reps.

You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, performance goal setting, scheduling, territorial management, and KPI reporting to drive regional results.
