Job summary

Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Lead Generation Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for inbound customer communications across phone, digital, and SMS channels.

This role supports business development, marketing, and sales through lead qualification, accurate data management, and timely routing to improve response times and CRM data quality. You will nurture prospective customers, schedule appointments, and assist with data cleanup and campaign tracking.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in customer service, call center, lead coordination, or sales support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems preferred.
• Strong organization and time-management with multi-channel priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to inbound inquiries via website, phone, text, email, chat, and campaigns.
• Qualifies leads and routes them to sales, parts, or service teams.
• Builds rapport and presents Kirby Smith professionally.
• Maintains accurate CRM records of leads and customer interactions.
• Supports marketing through data cleanup and campaign tracking.
• Monitors channels to ensure timely responses and schedules appointments.
