Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES, LLC seeks a General Superintendent for heavy civil construction across multiple regions and projects in the Denver area. You will oversee field execution, workforce planning, safety leadership, and project delivery for complex bridge and concrete structures.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years of experience, a strong background in structural concrete, and a proven ability to mentor field leaders while coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 10–15+ years of heavy civil construction leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple complex projects with safety, quality, and schedule accountability.
• Proficiency with Procore and standard construction management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across multiple projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.
• Mentor Superintendents, Foremen, and field leaders; collaborate with Project Managers and Division Leadership.
• Oversee heavy civil concrete construction activities including reinforcement, formwork, placement, and post-tensioning.
• Coordinate with owners, inspectors, engineers, and subcontractors to meet drawings, specs, and QA/QC requirements.
