Job summary

Superior Construction Services is seeking an experienced Concrete Traveling Superintendent to lead and support multiple structural concrete projects across various job sites. You will ensure all work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while developing field leaders.

The role requires 8+ years in structural concrete and 2–3 years in leadership, with proficiency in scheduling, cost control, and reading drawings. Travel across sites is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of structural concrete construction experience.
• 2–3 years in a leadership role (Project Engineer, Foreman, or Superintendent).
• Solid knowledge of foundations, formwork, rebar, embeds and placement.
• Understanding of concrete mix designs, curing methods, and weather considerations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Experience with scheduling, labor productivity, and cost control.
• Familiarity with construction layout and surveying practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore experience preferred.
• Full-time, exempt position in Heavy Civil/Structural Concrete.
• Field-based role requiring travel across multiple project locations.
