Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a General Liability Associate in Seattle, WA with a hybrid work arrangement. You will lead a litigation docket, manage cases from filing to disposition, and collaborate with partners on complex matters.

Required are a JD, WA bar admission, 3+ years of relevant experience, deposition and motion practice, and 2nd chair trial experience is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Washington.
• 3+ years of experience in relevant practice areas.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and motion practice.
• 2nd chair trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role on a dynamic and growing litigation team.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal projects.
• Handle court appearances and depositions regularly.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
