The candidate must have a JD, active WA State Bar membership, and at least 3+ years of general liability experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a JD degree.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar.
• Minimum of 3+ years of general liability experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate insurance claims, review discovery, and take depositions.
• Represent clients in mediations and trial proceedings.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and coverage opinion letters.
• Provide strategic legal counseling and build lasting client relationships.
