Qualifications

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple general labor crews, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project requirements.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to support daily site operations.
• Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to integrate labor activities into schedules.
• Mentor and develop foremen and crew leads to improve technical capability and leadership.
• Drive process improvements to minimize safety risks and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor progress, review reports, and communicate updates to senior leadership.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality and safety compliance.
