Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of general equipment operations or related field experience.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required within 6 months of hire.
• OSHA 10 preferred; completion within 6 months.
• Equipment Operator Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates light- to medium-duty construction equipment to support site activities.
• Performs pre-operation checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Assists with loading, unloading, and transporting materials around the job site.
• Observes safety protocols and promptly reports hazards or incidents.
• Keeps accurate daily logs of equipment usage and maintenance.
• Adjusts equipment operations based on site conditions and project changes.
• Reports equipment malfunctions or hazards to prevent delays.
