Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Electrical Lead to manage and develop crews of electricians across projects, delivering safe, high-quality results on time.

You will coordinate scheduling, materials, and equipment, ensure code compliance, and drive data-driven reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A high school diploma and 1-2 years managerial experience are required, with OSHA 30 and journeyman licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of managerial experience required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.
• Journeyman Electrician License required.
• Master Electrician License preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all electrical operations for multiple sites, crews, optimizing resources.
• Coordinates scheduling, material procurement, and equipment allocation to support milestones.
• Ensures compliance with codes, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Maintains project documentation systems for progress tracking and reporting.
• Collaborates with project leadership and contractors to address on-site challenges.
• Accurately completes and submits time cards for crews per policy.
