Cedar Mountain Dental in Newington, CT is seeking a LeadAssociate Dentist to join a modern, fully digital private-practice team. This full-time role offers autonomy with SDM resources to support care quality and professional growth.

You’ll deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry, collaborate with hygienists and staff, and use digital tools to communicate with patients and diagnose effectively.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
• GPR or AEGD preferred.
• Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
• Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools such as iTero, intraoral cameras and Overjet to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
• Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.
