Premier Dentist Partners is seeking an Associate General Dentist to provide comprehensive care in a collaborative Waterford, CT practice. You will diagnose and treat dental conditions, create tailored treatment plans, and interpret X-rays to support patient health.

Work with hygienists and specialists to ensure high-quality care, while maintaining patient privacy and infection control standards. A DMD/DDS and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental school.
• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry and patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease and infections.
• Perform routine examinations, cleanings, and preventive treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Interpret X-rays and other diagnostic images.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulations.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols.
