Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Anthropic FDE to rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions for federal, state, and local government clients. You will work with senior stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-powered outcomes and mentor peers in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes building production-quality code, designing scalable patterns, and contributing to reusable assets while travel is a regular part of the engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or analytics engineering.
• 1+ years building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in client or production environments.
• 1+ years of experience with Anthropic including Claude API or Claude for Enterprise.
• 1+ years leading project workstreams and translating business problems into AI solutions.
• 1+ years building reliable and well-documented code.
• Ability to travel 50% on average and obtain US government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to identify business needs and translate GenAI use cases into solutions.
• Partner with leaders to align priorities and delivery.
• Lead sessions to shape solutions and drive outcomes.
• Prototype and deliver AI solutions using industry expertise.
• Mentor newer team members and coach client teams on platform capabilities.
• Drive end-to-end sales and delivery support with demos and proposals.
• Contribute reusable assets and participate in code reviews.
