Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field with analytics focus.
• 8+ years in progressive data roles and tech teams.
• 5+ years Python/SQL production code experience.
• 1 year shipping production LLM apps with structured prompts.
• Hands-on with multi-agent systems and DAG workflows.
• Proven ability to balance business needs with technical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define opportunities aligned to institutional challenges.
• Drive experimentation and AI product innovations aligned to vision.
• Translate business strategy into technical opportunities and decisions.
• Architect and build AI solutions end-to-end (ML, LLMs, agents).
• Own production lifecycle of AI agents and models, incl. monitoring.
• Define and track metrics for AI features with cross-team partners.
• Design evaluation frameworks with responsible AI practices.
