Qualifications

• 8+ years total experience in data science
• 5+ years recent data science experience with LLM tools, RAG implementations/evaluations
• Experience building a customer-facing product with data science
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience maintaining production systems with a team of engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Data Scientists on a contract project
• Play a key role in product deployment, RAG/GenAI initiatives, and scaling ML production systems
• Bridge between data science and engineering to ensure reliable production outcomes
