Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a senior data/ML practitioner to lead GenAI initiatives across enterprise AI & ML programs. You will deliver high-complexity models, monitor performance, and guide cross-functional teams on scalable cloud and edge deployments.

You will shape data-driven innovations, communicate value through dashboards, and mentor staff while collaborating with stakeholders across HP to drive impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• PhD related to AI or Master’s degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years GenAI experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Generative AI-based models of high complexity to surface insights; drives action, defines success measures and tracks performance of models.
• Develops monitoring metrics to reflect real-world model performance and make recommendations for future directions.
• Strategizes models to uncover patterns and create business value and innovation.
• Manages relationships with business partners to evaluate data-driven innovation.
• Ties insights into effective visualizations communicating business value.
