HP Enterprise AI & Machine Learning is seeking an AI Data Scientist focused on Generative AI to build GenAI models and deploy them at scale in the cloud or at the edge. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver real value and not a pure research role.

You’ll lead complex projects, mentor teammates, and work across HP units to create measurable impact using LLMs, multi-modal models, and vector databases, with strong English communication and cloud experience required.

Qualifications

• PhD in AI or MS in CS with 5+ years GenAI experience.
• Experience with GenAI, ML, analytics, and statistical modeling.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Deliver GenAI-based models of high complexity to surface insights.
• Develop monitoring metrics and guide model direction.
• Strategize models to uncover business value and innovation.
• Collaborate with business partners to enable data-driven innovation.
• Create clear visualizations communicating impact.
• Ensure models are scalable and deployable in solutions.
• Lead project teams and review designs and data compliance.
• Represent DS team across development projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff.
