LPL Financial in Charlotte is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive Financial Advisor lead flow to the Advisor Recruiting team. You will prospect, qualify leads, and report on outcomes using Salesforce, with a heavy emphasis on phone outreach.

The role provides a clear path to Internal Regional Director and Regional Director roles, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k) matching, stock options, and PTO.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related areas.
• Effective communication with leadership and recruiters.
• In-office 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Responsabilidades

• Prospect financial advisors to gauge interest in meetings.
• Execute weekly prospecting campaigns using news cycle and territory data.
• Qualify leads and determine if referral to directors is warranted.
• Make 100 outreaches per day via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Use Salesforce to track KPIs and territory funnel impact.
• Develop skills to qualify for next level opportunities.
