Job summary

LPL Financial LLC in Fort Mill, SC invites a Business Development Associate to drive Financial Advisor lead flow for the Advisor Recruiting team. You’ll prospect, qualify leads, and report on activity, primarily via phone-based outreach and digital channels.

You’ll use Salesforce to track KPIs, engage in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and grow toward Internal Regional Director roles. A Bachelor's in Business or Finance and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Salesforce are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related areas.
Experience or understanding of broker/dealers, advisory, finance or sales principles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in an in-office setting three days a week.

Responsibilities

Prospect financial advisors to gauge interest in meetings with a recruiter.
Run weekly prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads and route them to the Internal Regional or Regional Director as appropriate.
Track KPIs in Salesforce and report on lead flow and territory performance.
Develop industry knowledge to progress toward the Internal Regional Director role.
