Job summary

Rally Search in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to own projects from start to finish with a strong GC background in commercial or retail spaces. The role reports to leadership and requires entrepreneurial spirit to drive project success.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, team formation, and coordination with subs, vendors, and architects while upholding safety and quality standards and minimizing risk.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction projects.
• Ground up to finish experience in the retail or commercial space.
• Ability to accurately read building plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction projects from start to finish.
• Execute project planning, budgeting, and resource identification.
• Create teams and assign responsibilities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses.
• Ensure work moves according to schedule.
• Develop work plans and revisions as needed.
• Communicate with contractors across phases.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and laborers.
• Monitor progress and hold regular status meetings.
