Fencing Solutions & Construction, LLC. seeks an experienced Gate Operator Installer to lead automated system installations across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

You will program, commission, and troubleshoot complex gate operators, ensuring flawless operation and client satisfaction. You will mentor junior crew members, uphold rigorous safety standards, and coordinate with project managers to deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years installing and troubleshooting gate operators.
• Experience with swing, slide, and vertical lift automation.
• Ability to manage automation jobs from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Capable of integrating safety devices and ensuring code compliance.
• Excellent technical communication to explain programming to clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute complete installation, programming, and commissioning of automated gate systems.
• Troubleshoot and program swing, slide, and vertical lift systems for flawless operation.
• Inspect installations against company standards for perfect functionality.
• Coordinate with field fence crews and project managers to integrate systems.
• Ensure safety devices and local code compliance are rigorously followed.
• Train and mentor junior team members to grow automation capabilities.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and contractors about safety and operation.
