Fencing Solutions & Construction, LLC. is hiring a Gate Operator Installer – Lead for its Byhalia, MS project. You will lead automated gate installations, program complex systems, and ensure seamless integration with fencing crews across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Qualifications

4–5 years hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting gate operators.
Experience with swing, slide, and vertical lift automated systems.
Ability to run automation jobs from start to finish with minimal oversight.
Strong capability to integrate safety devices and maintain strict code compliance independently.
Excellent technical communication skills for explaining automated system programming to clients.

Responsibilities

Install, program, and commission complex automated gate operator systems.
Troubleshoot and program swing, slide, and vertical lift systems.
Inspect installations against company standards to ensure safety and function.
Coordinate with field fence crews and project managers to integrate automated systems.
Ensure compliance with safety devices, entrapment protection, and local codes.
Train and mentor junior team members to expand automation capabilities.
Communicate system safety and operation with clients and general contractors.
