Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or related engineering discipline meeting state licensing eligibility.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
• 20+ years of AEC professional experience (engineer, surveyor, ROW, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Financial management: use weekly budget reports and project data to manage scope and resources.
• Corporate compliance and risk assessment: ensure contract review and adherence to requirements; negotiate terms as needed.
