Job summary
Wisconsin Electric Power, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Projects Supervisor in West Allis, Wisconsin. You will lead a team of gas engineers, customer service technicians, designers, and clerical staff, driving performance and continuous improvement across utility design and construction projects.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field; or 3+ years in a leadership utility design/construction role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance planning skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multi-project management in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Gas Engineers, Customer Service Techs, Designers, Expediting Clerks, and clerical staff with coaching and performance oversight.
- Create annual performance and development plans; monitor and adjust as needed.
- Manage electric and gas design work to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with Area Management and external customers to meet design needs for gas and electric projects.
- Lead process and system improvements for design and construction processes.
- Provide oversight to various projects from ideation through completion.
