Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Principal Process Integration Engineer to lead a cross-functional team developing GaN/GaAs technology, products, and processes for reliable RF Compound Semiconductor ICs.

The role collaborates with business units, designers, program managers, customers, and fabrication teams to meet stringent technology requirements. The successful candidate will design process flows, perform corner experiments, and monitor in-line, DC, and RF tests to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, CE, or Physics.
• 12+ years in process development/integration or yield in semiconductors.
• Experience designing process flows to meet circuit performance.
• Ability to design corner experiments to identify manufacturability issues and sensitivities.
• Experience monitoring in-line, DC, and RF probe tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to develop GaN/GaAs technology, products, and processes.
• Collaborate with business units, designers, program managers, customers, and fabrication teams to produce reliable RF ICs.
• Develop process flows and design elements to achieve circuit performance targets.
• Design experiments to identify manufacturability issues and process sensitivities.
• Define test structures and monitor in-line, DC and RF probe functions for production release.
• Analyze characterization data to verify technology meets specs.
• Identify root causes of yield and performance issues and implement improvements.
• Define design rules for new GaN technology and processes.
