Job summary

Citi is hiring a Senior FX Prime Brokerage and AI Engineer in London. The role combines building next-generation Prime Brokerage capabilities for FX and Equities with cloud-native delivery, CI/CD, and data-driven solutions.

You will influence architecture, mentor peers, and collaborate with Quants and Product teams to deliver production-grade software. We value strong Java/Spring fundamentals, low-latency thinking, and experience with AI tooling to propel Citi's FX technology agenda.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Proven software engineering experience with strong understanding of computer systems.
• Hands-on Java, Spring with low-latency development practices.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on implementation of Prime Brokerage solutions across FX and Equities using cloud-native tech and CI/CD.
• Drive design and development of system architecture with end-users for feedback.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with FX Prime Brokerage, Quants and Product teams to translate needs into data-driven solutions.
• Develop and test new features, improve lifecycle processes and ensure production readiness.
