Job summary

Atrium Staffing is seeking an experienced Functional QA Tester to lead quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle for digital product teams. You will own test strategy, plan detailed test cases, execute functional and integration tests, and mentor juniors while promoting QA best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Functional QA testing or similar roles.
• Strong experience with functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Experience validating APIs, databases, integrations, and backend processes.
• Strong defect identification, documentation, tracking, and verification experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy, planning, design, and execution.
• Develop detailed test plans and comprehensive test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Support user acceptance testing and release validation.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Validate APIs, databases, integrations, and backend processes.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and support teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies throughout the SDLC.
• Support production verification and hypercare activities.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices.
