Zusammenfassung

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, seeks a Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack to guide the design and development of core ticketing platforms from frontend to APIs. You will own systems end-to-end, drive technical direction, and lead a team delivering scalable web experiences in a complex enterprise environment.

You will work across technologies, align engineering with business goals, and mentor engineers while ensuring performance and accessibility across devices.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in modern web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Deep experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js and modern front-end architecture patterns.
• Experience building scalable, maintainable front-end platforms and design systems.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with experience building APIs to support front-end applications.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Proven experience leading engineers, setting front-end standards, and driving technical direction.

Aufgaben

• Own the web application platform end-to-end, with a focus on front-end architecture, performance, and user experience.
• Lead the design and evolution of modern front-end systems and frameworks, alongside supporting back-end services and APIs.
• Define and drive platform standards for UI architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, and scalability.
• Design and deliver scalable consumer-facing and B2B web applications supporting high-demand, global use cases.
• Balance hands-on development with planning, technical leadership, and team oversight.
• Align technical execution with business and product objectives.
• Guide technical direction, front-end best practices, and overall engineering standards.
• Act as the technical lead for a team of engineers, driving delivery and continuous improvement.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
