AIR Communities is seeking a Lead Full‑Stack Engineer to guide development of scalable applications in a data team. You will design and deliver solutions across .NET back‑end and React front‑end, building secure APIs, integrating databases, and driving performance and security improvements.

Based in our Denver HQ, this in‑office role emphasizes leadership, architecture, and collaboration with product, UX, QA, and DevOps to ship features on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10–12+ years of full‑stack development experience with C# and .NET.
• Expertise with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
• Relational databases (SQL Server, Postgres) and efficient SQL queries.
• Experience with modern front‑end build/packaging tools.
• Cloud deployment on Azure/AWS/GCP and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including root‑cause analysis.
• Secure coding practices and threat awareness (SAST/DAST/SCA).
• Leadership in architecture, design decisions, and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using .NET and React.js.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Ensure data integrity with relational databases and efficient queries.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization patterns.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and establish standards.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver features.
