Job summary

Capital One seeks a Lead Software Engineer to build and operate the agentic orchestration runtime powering its AI content generation platform. You will coordinate AI agents to produce, evaluate, and refine marketing content through a structured pipeline, while guiding a team of engineers across distributed microservices.

You will work with JavaScript, Java, Python, Go, SQL, and cloud services (AWS) in a highly collaborative, compliance-aware environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization tech.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the agentic workflow harness for AI content generation.
• Integrate the pipeline with enterprise LLM model gateway and manage APIs.
• Lead a portfolio of projects and a team of engineers in distributed microservices.
