Christ's Church of the Valley is seeking a Lead Programmer to guide CCV's front-end and back-end development, mentor a team, and shape technology architecture. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers in the development of full-stack solutions and mobile applications to service the needs of CCV Departments and Ministries.
• Mentor and lead the team in best practices and design patterns for customer-facing websites and applications using HTML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL and Python.
• Stakeholder Needs Analysis: Work with stakeholders, project managers, and designers to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Oversee Azure cloud systems architecture and design per best practices, ensuring optimal cloud resource usage.
• Ensure Secure by Design principles and proper authentication/authorization and data protection.
• Support core business system integrations with Azure Fabric data lake including FMS, HRMS, CHMS and Procurement systems.
• API Design & Integration: Develop robust APIs in C# to support client applications and cross-platform communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical outcomes with leadership direction.
• Write high-quality source code delivering complete, functional applications on time.
• Inspire Excellence: redesign and integrate new features to keep CCV technology cutting edge.
• Technical Documentation: produce comprehensive technical documents for reference.
• DevOps Test Automation & Deployment: use industry tools to streamline pipelines and track KPI.
• Mentor staff in design patterns and conduct regular code reviews.
• Incident Response: manage on-call and address incidents impacting digital platforms.
