Job summary

Brillio is seeking a hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to drive design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications on the Golden Path engineering stack. You will mentor engineers, influence architecture, and own end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend, and cloud layers.

The role requires deep experience in frontend and backend, AWS, DevOps, testing, and observability, with a focus on reliability, security, and performance. Hybrid work in Aventura, FL is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong backend in Go, Java, Python or Node.js with APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack apps.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with CI/CD and automation.
• Own features end to end from design to production support.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence, testing, security, and observability.
• Communicate decisions and risks across stakeholders.
