Job summary

You will lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and implement CI/CD, incident response, and automation strategies that improve quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years applied software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools with validation for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI in engineering workflows and secure handling of data.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Go, Java, C++, etc.).
• Experience building and operating production systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and debugging with innovative approaches.
• Establish AI-native engineering practices with robust validation standards.
• Work AI-native across the software development life cycle, including code review and test generation.
• Drives adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and reliability.
• Applies tools within the SDLC to improve automation and value.
• Own the design, delivery, and operation of enterprise-scale infrastructure services.
• Write and review production code with a hands-on approach.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation to improve stability.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and applicability.
• Lead communities of practice to promote new technologies.
• Contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.
