• Design event-driven architectures using Kafka and streaming patterns.
• Promote engineering excellence via code reviews, troubleshooting, and refactoring.
• Improve reliability, observability, and incident management with automation.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery and ensure governance.
