Qualificações

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years' hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in back-end tech (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js) with microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and REST/WebSockets.
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tools adoption.
• Strong security, testing, and DevOps practices.
