Job summary

Brillio is seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to drive design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. You will lead frontend, backend, and data layers on AWS, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security, performance, and operational excellence across the stack.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full-stack experience, strong backend in .NET/Node.js, and hands-on leadership in distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and data layers.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with containerized platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
• Own features end to end from design through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews; drive testing, security, observability, and performance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
