Job summary

Brillio seeks a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive design, development, and delivery of cloud-native applications using React, TypeScript, Go/Java/Python/Node.js, and AWS. This hybrid role spans frontend, backend, and data layers with a strong emphasis on scalability and security.

The candidate will mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, and own end-to-end delivery in a collaborative client-focused environment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with Go, Java, Python, or Node.js APIs and microservices.
• AWS experience with ECS, Lambda, API Gateway; CI/CD and Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and data layers.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with containerized platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
• Own features end to end—from design through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews; drive testing, security, observability, and performance excellence.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders.
