Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer to bridge strategic goals with technical execution across a dispersed team. You’ll shape enterprise integrations and build robust, scalable solutions while driving adoption of new tech.

You will guide development teams, craft architectures for complex use cases, and deliver prototypes and production backlogs. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder communication are essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Over five years of full-stack development experience with delivery history.
• At least a year's experience guiding and managing development teams.
• Advanced skill with TypeScript/JavaScript and a frontend framework (React or similar).
• Robust backend experience using Node.js or Python, with API/integration design.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM-based solutions including tool calling, RAG, or MCP workflows.
• Ability to translate stakeholder insights into workable architecture and backlog.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR for synchronized delivery.
• Transform loosely scoped use cases into architecture plans, UX/flow blueprints, API contracts, and deliverable backlog for delivery team.
• Develop and link agentic workflows across enterprise tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, Oracle HCM).
• Lead complex integration efforts including authentication, RBAC, error handling, and go-live transitions.
• Daily check-ins with India-based pod to resolve questions, review PRs, and clear obstacles.
• Create prototypes covering UI, agent flow logic, or MCP/LLM integration paths and hand off production backlog to India team.
• Embed security, observability, and reusability into builds to create lasting solutions.
