Qualifications

• 1+ years of LTC pharmacy experience including Fulfillment Technician II/III.
• Proficient with pharmacy software and ability to extract reports.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Fulfillment Technician staff to ensure adequate coverage for workflow.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Supervisor/Manager to evaluate and improve processes.
• Ensure all medications are complete and accurate before scheduled departures for courier delivery.
• Prioritize and assign workload to technicians; monitor productivity and accuracy.
• Train Fulfillment staff on workflow areas and processes within set timelines.
• Provide input on performance evaluations in coordination with the Director of Operations.
