Job summary

TAIT & Associates, Inc is hiring a Fuel Construction Foreman to lead field operations and oversee job site activities from start to finish. You will supervise crews and subcontractors, coordinate daily construction activities, and ensure projects meet safety, schedule, and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial petroleum construction or related supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to travel long distances as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial petroleum construction or related field supervision.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and technical documents.
• Ability to travel to job sites and work in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and actively participate in daily field operations.
• Supervise job site personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and correctly.
• Coordinate materials, equipment rentals, and deliveries.
• Inspect materials and equipment for quality and accuracy upon arrival.
• Schedule and meet with inspectors; manage inspection process.
• Conduct and document daily safety meetings and enforce safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site.
• Monitor project schedules, labor hours, and productivity.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• Document job progress, including daily photo reporting.
• Report incidents, delays, or field changes promptly.
